arcainc.ai serves as the operations base for AI-assisted communications sent on behalf of Arbor's licensed brokers and agents. These communications include lead follow-up, scheduling, market information, and general client correspondence. All AI-assisted messages are generated under human supervision.

When you receive an email from @arcainc.ai, we may process your name, email address, and any information you provide in reply. We also collect standard email engagement data (opens, clicks) to improve service quality and deliverability.
